🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post.


🚀 Shipping Options & Fees

We offer two shipping methods for your convenience:

  • Standard ShippingFREE on all orders
        Delivery time: 2–10 business days

  • Express Shipping$10 flat rate
        Delivery time: 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external postal delays.


📬 Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep (or PO Box—we ship to those too!).


📍 Delivery Locations

We ship to all addresses within Australia, including:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We do not currently offer local pickup.


🛑 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and tracking details. In the rare event of a lost parcel, customers must lodge a claim with our team, including proof of non-delivery. We will then conduct a thorough investigation and work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
